A soft pressing, a cold and static decantation and fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging in steel and in bottle.
Organoleptic properties
At first sight it appears as a straw yellow colour with gold reflections. On the nose hints of ripe fruit and floral notes. The taste is balanced and well-structured with a good freshness.
Serving suggestions
Blue cheese, fish or white meat.
